I’ve gained 7cm on my left thigh and gained 5cm on my right thigh!!
I’ve gained 1cm on my left arm and 0.5 on my right arm and I’ve also gained 2cm on my chest!! I can’t believe how much muscle I’ve gained in such a short space of time!! Bring on day 80 😍 Keep pushing yourself because you will achieve!
