Did you forget, that I was a volleyball player 😋 ▫️I incorporate plyometric training once a week to really work my core. A lot of people think jump training is only to increase your vertical, however, it is one of the best workouts to do to work your core! Do these workouts for a total of 20 minutes total and you’ve got yourself a volleyball player core and booty 😏

Was feeling super flat the other day so I had a fat cheat meal on Saturday night 😍I felt nice and full today during our back workout. •
Weighing in at about 194. However, like we have said before, the mirror doesn’t lie and the scale can really be unimportant 🔑
